It is a great warm up tool if you don’t have a friend who plays with you regularly and you need to warm up by throwing something into the field.
This is a great disc for form practice because the flight dynamics of the disc tell you what you are doing wrong if you can read the flight.
With practice, the Watt can make shots that few other discs on the market can do well such as air bounces under low-laying branches.
Because of the low speed and weight, these discs are great for beginners and kids.
